Job Summary
Contract physicians conduct in-home health evaluations for health-plan members (Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans). Perform health-history reviews and physical evaluations during in-home visits, identify barriers to care, coordinate with the health plan, and provide patient-specific documentation. Do not prescribe meds or alter current regimens. Pre-scheduled visits, flexible scheduling, and potential incentives available; incentives include pay-per-test opportunities and a Market Multiplier. Position is an Independent Contractor (1099) with opportunities for short-term or long-term engagements; air travel, lodging, and rental car support may be provided. State licensure is required; malpractice coverage is provided. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; roles suited for resident physicians or seasoned physicians seeking additional income. Locations include Frankfort, IN, US; travel to member homes for evaluations.
