Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a pay-per-test model for eligible diagnostic and preventive services. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll in Medicaid, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
