Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on overall health and identify barriers to care; pre-scheduled visits in members’ homes; average 6-9 visits daily with base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential to earn $3,000–$5,000 per week, plus a Market Multiplier. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with support preferred. Additional compensation via pay-per-test for eligible visits. Shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Independent contractor, 1099 status, flexible schedule. Airfare, hotel, and rental car may be provided; malpractice coverage included. State license required. This is an excellent opportunity for residents or seasoned physicians seeking supplemental income; roles may include paid collaborative physician options in certain states.
