Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician contractors needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, pre-scheduled visits with health-plan members, and opportunities to earn through base pay per completed assessment plus a Market Multiplier, with additional pay-per-test compensation where applicable. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights or weekends required, short- or long-term engagements, malpractice coverage provided, and 1099 independent-contractor status. State license required; Medicaid license enrollment supported where needed. Location: Columbus, OH (in-home visits). This role emphasizes one-on-one patient engagement in patients’ homes, clinical assessment without prescribing or altering current regimens, and potential high weekly earnings based on completed visits.
