Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5000 weekly with a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor on Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling, utilizing available airfare, hotel, and rental car support. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll; malpractice coverage provided.
