Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, including a pay-per-test model for eligible diagnostic and preventive services. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling, independent contractor status, and support for Medicaid licensing where required.
