Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Tasks include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, and a comprehensive health-history review and physical evaluation performed in the member’s home. Jurisdictional license is required; malpractice coverage is provided; there is potential to earn via base per-visit rates and an available Market Multiplier, with additional compensation opportunities through a pay-per-test model. Roles are short- or long-term, flexible, and located in the Milwaukee, WI area as independent contractors (1099). Duties do not include prescribing medications, ordering labs, or altering current treatment plans.
