Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment, with potential increases via a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor on short-term or long-term bases with flexible scheduling from Monday through Sunday.
