Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patients' homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with pre-scheduled appointments. Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 weekly, with a base rate of $100 per assessment and potential market multipliers. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday without nights or weekends required. Maintain independent contractor status and hold a state license or Medicaid license.
