Responsibilities include conducting home visits, reviewing medical history, performing physical evaluations, and coordinating care within health plans. Competitive pay with weekly earnings potential and incentives, pre-scheduled in-home visits, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling. State license required; MD/DO candidates encouraged to enroll in Medicaid with company support. 1099 independent contractor arrangements with some areas having paid collaborative physician roles in certain states. No night or weekend requirements while offering daily patient interactions in patients' homes.
