Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contractor physicians conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. They perform pre-scheduled in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, provide a doctor-patient interaction in the member’s home without prescribing medications or altering current regimens, and can earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per week with potential increases based on county markets. The role offers malpractice coverage, flexible scheduling, travel support (airfare/hotel/rental car eligibility), and 1099 independent contractor status; state licensure is required. Short- and long-term engagements are available, with shifts Monday through Sunday and no nights or weekends required.
