Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and selected commercial plan members in Garland, TX. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits, reviewing medical history, performing physical evaluations, and identifying barriers to care. Earn a competitive weekly range ($3,000–$5,000) with opportunities to increase through a pay-per-test model and market multiplier. Shifts are available Monday–Sunday with a flexible schedule; no nights/weekends required. Requires a medical license in the state and active MD/DO credentials; malpractice coverage is provided. Pre-populated patient-specific forms are supplied for each evaluation; providers do not prescribe medications, order labs, or alter current treatment plans. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with potential short- or long-term engagement and state-license support where applicable.
