Job Summary
Contract physician (MD/DO) for in-home health evaluations with health-plan members. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health, identify barriers to care, and perform pre-populated evaluations without prescribing or altering treatment. Competitive incentive structure with weekly earnings potential and per-visit multipliers; must hold or be willing to obtain state license; Independent Contractor role with 1099 status. Availability includes all days of the week; airfare/hotel/rental car provided per eligibility; malpractice coverage offered.
