Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms, identifying care barriers without prescribing medicine, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $5000 weekly with an average of 6-9 daily visits, utilizing a pay-per-test model for eligible diagnostic and preventive services. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll, with flexible Monday-Sunday availability and options for short-term or long-term contracts. Independent contractor status applies with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare and hotel.
