Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with pre-scheduled appointments. This role offers flexible hours Monday through Sunday with base rates up to $135% per visit and additional pay-per-test compensation. Malpractice coverage and travel benefits including airfare and hotel are available for eligible contractors.
