Job Summary
Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and complete patient-specific form-based assessments in members’ homes. Pre-scheduled visits with health-plan members, provide a competitive weekly wage with opportunities to increase per-visit rates via a market multiplier, and offer travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) and malpractice coverage. Flexible schedule with shifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required); 1099 independent contractor arrangement; state license required with potential Medicaid license enrollment support. Required Qualifications
