Job Summary
Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plans. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and perform physical evaluations with patient history review in the home. Earn base pay per assessment plus incentives, with weekly earnings potential ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 and up to a 135% market multiplier. State license required; Medicaid license preferred; malpractice coverage provided; independent contractor (1099) with shifts Mon–Sun and no nights/weekends required. Travel accommodations available (airfare, hotel, rental car) depending on eligibility. Short-term or long-term engagements; pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree (physician)
- State medical license required
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with support) preferred
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Independent contractor status (1099)
