Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential earnings of $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily) plus a Market Multiplier for higher per-visit pay. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with no nights/weekends required.
