Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members; perform in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, review medication history, and complete patient assessments. Earn a competitive weekly range (up to $3,000–$5,000) with an average of 6–9 visits daily at a base rate of $100 per completed assessment, plus potential multipliers and pay-per-test incentives. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required; pre-scheduled in-home visits; malpractice coverage; statewide licensing requirements; 1099 independent contractor arrangement; travel reimbursements (airfare, hotel, rental car) eligible; opportunity for long-term/short-term engagement and potential collaborative physician roles in certain states.
