Physician contractor to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid programs. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, review medication history, and perform a physical evaluation using a pre-populated form. Earn a weekly base range of $3,000-$5,000 with potential per-visit multipliers; pre-qualified for incentives via pay-per-test for qualifying visits. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Independent Contractor, 1099 status, state license required, air/hotel/rental car available depending on eligibility, malpractice coverage, and potential paid collaborative physician roles in certain states.
