Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician conducts in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care, maintaining patient safety and quality, and utilizing a pre-populated patient-specific form during evaluations. Earns weekly compensation ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 (base rate $100 per completed assessment) with potential increases via market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Position supports Airfare, Hotel, and Rental Car assistance based on eligibility, malpractice coverage, and flexible scheduling with shifts Monday through Sunday. State license required; resident physicians welcome; independent contractor, 1099 status. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; no prescribing, lab orders, or treatment alterations. Short- and long-term engagements available.
