Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. In-home visits focus on overall health, identifying barriers to care, with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential earnings of $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily). Opportunity to increase per-visit rate up to 135% via Market Multiplier and earn additional pay-per-test compensation. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Short- or long-term engagements; pre-scheduled in-home visits; travel support (airfare, hotel, rental car) may be provided; malpractice coverage included.
