Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health, identify barriers to care, and perform medical history reviews with a physical evaluation in the patient’s home. Earn a weekly range of $3,000–$5,000 (average 6–9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment); potential to increase per-visit rate up to 135% with Market Multiplier. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible schedule; pre-scheduled visits; airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility); malpractice coverage; availability incentives; state license required; paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll strongly preferred. Location: Liberty, KY, US.
