Job Summary
Physician (MD/DO) contractor needed to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plans. Conduct comprehensive home visits, review medication history, perform physical evaluations, and identify barriers to care; pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members; potential earnings up to $3,000–$5,000 per week with base pay around $100 per completed assessment and possible pay-per-test incentives; flexible schedule with shifts Mon–Sun and no required nights/weekends; travel support (airfare/hotel/car) and malpractice coverage; 1099 contractor status; state license required with possible collaborative roles in certain states; no medicines prescribed or altered in treatment plans.
Required Qualifications
- State medical license required
- MD or DO degree
- Independent contractor status (1099)
