Job Summary
Physician (MD/DO) contractor needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Roles include performing in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, pre-populated patient-specific forms, and no prescription changes during visits. Earns between $3,000 and $5,000 per week with potential per-visit rate enhancements via a Market Multiplier and pay-per-test opportunities; 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling (Monday–Sunday; no nights). Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with company support is strongly preferred; state license required; malpractice coverage provided where applicable. Pre-scheduled in-home visits for health plan members; airfare/hotel/rental car may be available based on eligibility; incentive-based earnings may apply; long-term or short-term engagements available. Locations indicated include Hope Hull, AL, US.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO license in good standing
- State license required
- Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with company support
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Malpractice coverage
- In-home visits experience preferred
- Ability to conduct comprehensive in-home health evaluations
- No prescriptions modification in visits; no labs ordered without plan
