Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, pre-populated patient-specific forms, and optional pay-per-test diagnostics when applicable. Earns range of $3,000–$5,000 per week (base $100 per completed assessment with potential multiplier); flexible, pre-scheduled visits in members’ homes; 1099 independent contractor with state license required; occasional/all-week scheduling with no required nights.
