Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician (MD/DO) for in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid programs. Independent contractor (1099) role conducting pre-scheduled in-home visits to assess overall health, review medication and medical history, and perform physical evaluations in the patient’s home. Earn base rate of $100 per completed assessment with potential earnings of $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily) and up to 135% via Market Multiplier. Medicaid license or willingness to enroll supported by the company; state license required. Shifts Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required; short-term or long-term basis.
