Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on overall health and identify potential barriers to care; perform patient health reviews including medical history and physical evaluation in the member’s home, without prescribing medications or altering current treatment. Earn between $3,000 and $5,000 per week (base rate per completed assessment with potential up to a 135% market multiplier and pay-per-test for eligible visits); shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Flexible schedule, pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members, airfare/hotel/rental car available (where eligible), malpractice coverage, and 1099 independent contractor status. State license required with paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Short- or long-term engagements in-home visits, with compensation plans potentially increasing based on plan member eligibility for additional diagnostic and preventive tests.
