Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits that focus on overall health and identify barriers to care; pre-scheduled visits in members’ homes; shifts Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Earn up to $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily at base $100 per completed assessment) with potential to increase per-visit pay via Market Multiplier and pay-per-test model. State license required; malpractice coverage provided; Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility. Independent contractor, 1099 status, flexible schedule; opportunities for paid collaborative physician roles in certain states. No prescription changes or lab orders performed during visits; residency or experienced physicians welcome, making a difference in patient health at home.
