Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and pre-scheduled assessments in patients' homes. Independent contractor (1099) with paid per-visit base rate and potential Market Multiplier; earnings up to $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily at $100 per completed assessment), plus opportunity for additional pay via tests. Shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); airfare, hotel, and rental car support available depending on eligibility; malpractice coverage provided.
