Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid and select commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with pre-scheduled visits in patients' homes. Compensation includes a base rate per completed assessment and an opportunity to earn $3,000–$5,000 per week, with potential increases via Market Multiplier up to 135%.
