Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician contractors conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care; pre-scheduled visits with health-plan members; no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering current treatment. Compensation includes weekly earnings potential ($3,000–$5,000 per week, with base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential incentive via Market Multiplier). Requires a medical license and state license; Medicaid license or enrollment willingness is strongly preferred. Flexible schedule with shifts Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); independent contractor (1099) with malpractice coverage and potential travel accommodations (airfare, hotel, rental car) depending on eligibility.
