Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician needed to join a collaborative practice in Waunakee, WI, joining a team of five Family Medicine physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider. The role features a busy, medium-sized clinic with both established and new patient panels, a call schedule of ~7–10 weekday calls and 1–2 weekends per year, and a large call group supporting work-life balance. The clinic offers multi-specialty on-site services (orthopedics, sports medicine, sleep medicine, podiatry, eye services, therapy, behavioral health, pharmacist, labs, imaging) and a team-based, integrated care model focused on coordinated patient care.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree in Family Medicine
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine preferred
