Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

Conduct outpatient Family Medicine services in a clinic setting with usual hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Manage a caseload of approximately 28 to 36 patient contact hours weekly. Handle on-call duties via phone only, occurring roughly one weeknight every 20 to 30 days and two weekends annually. Utilize Epic EMR with individual optimization options to enhance efficiency. Join a team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers within SSM Health Dean Medical Group.
