Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine

Conduct outpatient primary care including OB, sports medicine, dermatology, and eye services at the new Verona clinic opening in September 2026. Manage a team-based care model with nurses, medical assistants, a certified diabetic educator, and an embedded clinical pharmacist. Partner with St. Mary's Hospitalist team for inpatient needs and utilize Epic EMR for documentation. Work a shared call schedule of approximately 6-7 weekday calls and 2 weekend calls. Select practice options ranging from outpatient-only to inpatient and nursing home care. Join a dedicated team of three physicians and two advanced practitioners in a facility offering onsite imaging and laboratory services.
