Physician - MD/DO - Family Medicine - Full Time, Oregon, Wisconsin

Conduct outpatient Family Medicine care in an all-physician clinic setting with 28-36 patient contact hours daily. Manage usual clinic hours from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with full-time status available at .8-1.0 fte. Handle on-call duties via phone only, including approximately one weeknight every 20-30 days and two weekends annually. Utilize Epic EMR with individual optimization options to enhance efficiency. Join a team of two physicians and three advanced practice providers serving the community in Oregon, Wisconsin.
