Provide outpatient Family Medicine care within a multi-specialty clinic featuring onsite imaging and lab services. Manage patient rounds at a nursing home as an option. Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation. Participate in an on-call rotation of 6-10 weeknights, primarily via phone with triage handled by a call center. Work full-time hours Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with a flexible schedule option of 0.8 to 1.0 FTE.
