Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum outpatient primary care for the entire family in Evansville, Wisconsin, including diagnosis and treatment of minor and chronic illnesses, preventive care, and immunizations. Collaborate closely with experienced support staff and Advanced Practice Providers within a tight-knit team environment. Practice as a collaborating physician with strong onboarding and resources provided by SSM Health Dean Medical Group. The role offers flexible .8-1.0 FTE options and a supportive, patient-centered practice model.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Wisconsin medical licensure
- Graduate from an accredited ACGME family medicine residency program
