Physician – Anesthesiologist sought for SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac, WI. Join a team of 11 Anesthesiologists, 11 CRNAs/CAAs, in a Level 3 trauma center with diverse case variety across hospital and outpatient surgery center. Competitive compensation with a $580,000 base salary, generous bonus for additional shifts/calls, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and Epic EMR. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- board certification in Anesthesiology or eligibility
- active medical license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain
- ability to participate in 1:5 call schedule
- Epic EMR experience preferred
