Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children ages 2+, while focusing on chronic disease management through individual interventions and ongoing education. Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens to address patient health issues, and provide virtual care when clinically appropriate. Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards. This role eliminates traditional fee-for-service burdens, offering a consistent schedule with no on-call, walk-ins, or holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited United States Medical School (MD)
- Must complete and pass a residency program in the United States
- Current license in the state or states where the physician will practice
- Board Certified in primary care or another related field (or Board eligible, with a commitment to obtain certification)
- DEA is required for prescribing and dispensing
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing
- Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting
