Job Summary
Conduct 24/7 hospitalist coverage with 10-hour shifts and a manageable workload of 16 shifts per month, primarily at one site. Provide clinical care without performing codes, vents, or procedures, supported by intensivist coverage. Work within an independent practice model offering guaranteed salary for two years before transitioning to a productivity and performance model with partnership opportunities. Serve patients across Lynchburg General, Southside Community, and Bedford Memorial locations while collaborating in a collegial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
