Job Summary
Physician Liaison role in Nashville, TN focused on increasing patient access and referrals by building relationships with external providers, coordinating territory plans, and using analytics tools (Power BI, ModMed) to identify target markets and measure performance. Responsibilities include developing referral strategies with physicians, clinics, and hospitals; collaborating with internal marketing to create materials for events; conducting extensive travel within the territory (up to 75%); and staying informed on industry trends to inform strategic planning. Requires 3-5 years in healthcare operations or related roles, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM software, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations roles, preferably in a physician liaison or similar capacity
- Experience in healthcare business development or pharmaceutical sales is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
