Job Summary
Visit referring physicians' offices across Manhattan regularly to maintain and enhance referral partnerships. Serve as the trusted face of the group, embodying professionalism and tact while conducting calls, emails, and drop-ins to ensure partners remain top-of-mind. Identify opportunities to increase referrals and improve the referring physician experience, then relay key field insights to leadership. Utilize the proprietary CRM and referral tools to track visits, document interactions, and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Manhattan-based (or highly familiar with the NYC medical landscape)
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, concierge medicine, or as a physician liaison
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Impeccably organized, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and tech-savvy
Desired Qualifications
- Background in healthcare sales, marketing, or client engagement
- Exposure to cardiology, internal medicine, or specialty practices
- Fluent in multiple languages (not required, but appreciated in a diverse city like NYC)
