Job Summary
Business Development Manager / Physician Liaison for Ivy Rehab in Long Island. Drive referral growth across the Long Island market by building relationships with healthcare providers and executing targeted outreach. Expect 50+ unique in-person interactions weekly documented in Salesforce, analysis of referral trends to guide outreach, and weekly/tactical reporting to Sales and Operations leadership. Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and clinical staff to expand referral networks with hospitals, schools, athletic programs, and community organizations, support new clinic launches, and meet quarterly sales goals. Travel regularly within the designated region; occasional evenings or weekend events may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field preferred
- 1-2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or similar roles
- Strong communication skills; able to engage confidently with physicians and clinical staff
- Familiar with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Track record of meeting goals and growing in fast-paced roles
