Physician Liaison

Physician Liaison to build and sustain referral networks within the healthcare community, increase patient volumes, and support revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing a robust pipeline through B2B outreach, cold calling, networking, and community engagement; fostering trusted relationships with physicians, surgeons, case managers, and other referral sources; executing regular outreach to secure new referrals and achieve growth goals; ensuring responsive service for referring providers; maintaining detailed CRM activity; staying informed about hospital departments and programs to effectively promote offerings; collaborating with the Industry Relations Director to align strategies; prioritizing key accounts and reporting insights to leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience and a minimum of two years in sales or business development, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication, analytical, presentation, project management, organizational, and time-management skills; ability to work independently; attention to detail; commitment to patient confidentiality and healthcare compliance; and strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
