Physician Liaison

Physician Liaison for CORA Physical Therapy responsible for building and growing referral relationships through consistent in-person and virtual visits, introducing CORA’s services and new service lines to providers and their teams, and supporting clinics by driving new patient referrals across the territory. Serves as the trusted point of contact for physician offices, resolves service concerns, and tracks activities in the CRM. Collaborates with the Regional Sales Director on growth strategies, goal-setting, and forecasting; welcomes new referral sources and ensures they feel supported from day one; partners with clinic teams to identify needs and opportunities to enhance the referral experience. Requires initiative, relationship-building, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools; territory is the greater Richmond area.
