Job Summary
Manage regional provider engagement, referral performance, and network growth by acting as a strategic relationship manager within the Munson Healthcare Physician Network. Maintain primary responsibility for a designated geographic region, conducting independent account management and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities. Drive growth initiatives and enhance the provider experience by building relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, and office staff while supporting system-wide consistency. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of healthcare experience, with a focus on provider practice operations and referral dynamics. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of healthcare experience
- Physician practice or ambulatory operations
- Provider relations, network development, or growth strategy
- Demonstrated understanding of provider workflows, referral processes, access challenges, and patient flow
- Proven ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and office staff
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Ability to independently manage a regional portfolio and execute strategic initiatives
- Proficiency with healthcare systems, referral tools, and data platforms to support decision-making
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption
