Job Summary
Physician Liaison responsible for establishing and maintaining physician relationships and strategic partnerships within the market. Will visit physician offices and hospitals regularly to increase referrals, plan and attend educational events, and adapt regional marketing plans. Develop regional collateral with Marketing, maintain CRM databases, analyze territory data, and coordinate sponsorships and community outreach. Travel 26-50% to multiple geographies and facilities; collaborate across departments to promote new services and optimize referral networks; ensure HIPAA and patient-care regulations are followed; support onboarding of new liaisons after probation. Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills required; remote work capabilities and multi-site coordination are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare, or related discipline is preferred
- Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings
- 4+ years’ experience in oncology industry and/or medical outside sales
- CRM experience
- Experience working across multiple geographies in a virtual working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools
- Proven ability to build and execute integrated business development plans across a geographic market
- Strong Microsoft Office skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Must be able to work remotely effectively as required
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
