Job Summary
Build and nurture referral relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, schools, and community organizations to drive a steady pipeline of ABA therapy and autism diagnosis leads. Identify new provider partner opportunities through proactive research and prospecting, then reach out to activate them as formal referral partners. Foster and strengthen these connections via regular in-person visits, emails, and creative engagement strategies like events and personalized outreach. Operate primarily in the field across core territory, managing end-to-end ownership of the partnership pipeline with a focus on consistent, thoughtful touchpoints. This role offers direct exposure to early-stage company building and meaningful equity for candidates based in our core territory.
