Job Summary
Lead the clinical performance of a growing primary care pod, supervising APPs and physicians while collaborating with market staff and regional directors. Provide complex patient visits, conduct 10 monthly chart audits, and lead high-risk huddles to ensure documented care plans. Develop APP clinical skills, review quality metrics for HEDIS performance, and manage clinician productivity and discipline actions. Sign DME orders and death certificates as needed, assist with service inquiries, and lead clinical education on chronic conditions. Work Monday through Friday with no weekends or hospital rounds, earning a significant bonus based on team outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy
- Must maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record
- Active CPR Certification
- Unrestricted DEA
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Unrestricted Medical License
- Board certification is required for all newly hired or promoted on or after January 1, 2026; must obtain and maintain certification in accordance with organizational and applicable regulatory standards
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years of experience as a Physician collaborating with Advance Practice Providers
- Experience in Geriatrics or complex patients
